Just wanted to pop on and wish all of you a Happy Easter!

We will be having ham, cheesy potatoes, yams, rolls and salad for dinner. What is planned for your table?

And - the weather has warmed up nicely, so I am sure there will be an afternoon ride to nab.

it's Easter Saturday here, almost Easter Sunday in fact! For Easter Friday lunch, our family had grilled fish- barramundi, whiting, and Atlantic salmon!

Kids get their Easter egg hunt in the morning! Can't wait.

Tomorrow we are havign a turkey (we still had a frozen one from Thanksgiving), corn, rolls, asparagus, potatoes and probably a salad, followed by a mixed berry tart and preceeded by sme cheese and crackers, fruit and pepperoni.

Ham, scalloped spuds, baked beans and many other things, just the way it has been since I was 2. My dad would have a coronary if mom tried to serve anything else =)

Yeah, hope everyone has a great Easter weekend.

We had crumbed prawns (shrimp) and salad for Easter lunch on Friday... Yum!!!

Waiting for the kids to wake up and see their faces this morning... It's now almost 9am, and they're all still in bed. (my daughter, + 3 nephews and nieces).
