Givi trunk and motech rack help!

I just purchased the Givi V46 and V35 bags and the motech mounting hardware. Has anyone done it?How was the cutting part? Any photos? I am generally good at putting stuff together but this one has me a bit intimidated. Any help appreciated.

I don't have the side racks yet so can't comment on them, but I don't think they require any cutting. The cutting for the top rack was easy. If I remember correctly I just used a dremel with a metal cutting bit to zip it out quick. The panels you need to cut are plastic so you should be able to use just about anything to do it. It's just one notch on each side.

I went with the Givi racks an they didn't require any cutting. I don't know what advantage the Motech rack has but having to cut doesn't seem good.
