Givi or other brand hard luggage side rack

Guys I am looking to build a set of panniers in the next few months. I do HVAC work so sheet metal is pretty rudimentary for me. However, building a rack is not something I want to put my time or money into. New they are around $200 so if I could get something shipped to me at a reasonable rate comparative to that I would be interested.

I live in Illinois. Not Chicago. Pretty much the other end of the state from that awful place.
