FZ6 toolkit -- is the the full set?

I did the headlight mod from bd43 over the weekend and finally pulled out the dusty and never opened toolkit from my 2007 FZ6 (4th owner)...

Had two (2) questions...

1. Is this the full set of tools?

2. I'm a motorcycle noob -- what are the numbered tools used for?

That looks like all the tools.
The quick and dirty....Japanese= metric. The numbers represent the metric size of the tool. So 32 on the closed end wench means it will fit on a 32mm nut.

So #2 in the pic is what? The 2nd from the left? The top one -- #1 -- is some sort of tire tool, right?

#1: Shock tool to adjust the pre-load.

#2: Extension that you combine with other tools in the set for leverage.
