Fz6 Speedo - Is it aftermarket?

I bought a new Fz6 speedo from ebay France as a spare.
But later i noticed a difference.
It's not the same as regular fz6 round speedo
May be it is an aftermarket speedo but similar to Yamaha.

Have you seen this before?

It almost looks like a prototype of the s1 Speedo...I can't find a similar one anywhere. How does the connector mate up?

All i have is a picture at the moment.
I didn't receive it yet.
Couldn't find any info from internet also.
