my two cents - What happens when you rev to 4500 in neutral, same vibe? This would at least help eliminate other sources in the drive train, wheels, etc.
Maybe also have a friend grab and feel different locations on the bike as you rev up and down to find where this is happening if not on the power side.

Absolutely the same vibe when I rev in neutral. So, this is urelated to drive train.
