about $10,000 and 50hp lol

the wrx is the their "base" performance version of the car while the wrx STi is the hot rodded version of the wrx

kinda like a GT mustang vs a mustang cobra (i absolutly hate using ford as a example but chevy will slap a rs and ss badge on anything nowadays)

Specifically: a better suspension, Brembo brakes, 6 speed transmission, Driver Controlled Central Differential, bigger wheels, and about 40 horsepower. ;) Not enough to sway me for a daily driver. The WRX is technically faster in a straight line, LOL. It's fast enough for me, and I haven't flashed to Stage 1 yet. The STi guys will you crap like this "You could've gotten the base STi for a few thousand more than a loaded Limited" And your point is? :Flip:

rsw81, I have a clear bra on mine and I have only had one or two rock chips in 1.5 years. As far as the cops go, I haven't had any issues, but, then again the hood scoop is a dead giveaway, too. The Dark Gray Metallic was my second choice, but it looked too black to me. The Blurple is my other favorite! :Flash:

What is an everyday car? I ride my FZ6 EVERY day and have a cage in the garage for the rare occasion I have to drive - like a lightning storm, the Mrs. want to go . . .

Backup to the FZ6 is the Honda Metropolitian for the slow days.

. . . oh, the cage is a VW Rabbit.

You may have seen my daily drivers in other threads. I must say that what ever I get on or into, it must be able to get out of harms way. . .

250,000 miles on this over 24 years. . . Chev - its Clevo 351C, 4spd cloase ratio top loader, 9" trak-loc, 3.50 posi 31 spline axle! God I had some good times in this car!

I have the same and completely satisfied with m6.

Im partial to my current car, 2007 Pontiac G6 GTP. Got it a couple of months ago and loving it, looks nice, handles well, it may be a GM product but its plenty good for me, and quick too. 252 HP and 250 TQ. In the same sense our engine is an R6 engine its engine is the same as the new v6 camaros. As you can see from the two photos Ive put in Projector headlights with halos, much cooler, lol.

Fiance also has a Mazda 6s. It is a very comfortable and fun to drive car.

I mean if you had one vehicle in the garage (car only) and you had to own it for 7-10 years and drive/fuel up/insure/grab groceries/pick the kids up/take the dog to the vet/etc. everyday, what would it be.

so far Mazdaspeed3, WRX, Focus, Rabbit, Audis (even though they are overpriced VWs), and Grand National are good examples.

On that same theme but a different note; What cars are most reliable?

If such a new thread were to exist, I bet the Lexus/Toyota family would rise to the top over Audi, VW, Rabbit, STi/WRX, and even the Mazda I just bought.
