Bike developed vibration

Up until recently my bike was running vibration free, but lately I noticed that when approaching 7k it starting to vibrate and it continues all the way up. I can feel it on a bar, seat/tank, footpegs and engine guards. It's not terrible, but somewhat annoying. It pulls just as strong though, but engine sounds busy. I replaced the chain and sprockets, but didn't help. The bike has 25-26k on it. Anyone dealt with this issue?

Could it be that while accelerating hard you feel it more or is it present while at steady RPM of 7k? If so, chain alignment may be off.

Try to determine if its engine or drivetrain...
What oil is in the engine and how old is it?

I thought it was coming from an old chain so I replaced it together with sprockets, but the vibration remains. Alignment looks ok, and oil change done few months ago. The vibration is steady from 7k and remains steady at 8, 9, and above.
Spark plugs? Rear tire out of balance?
I suspect it's coming from the engine, as it sounds busy

Go over ALL the bolts for tightness, ESPECIALLY the ENGINE MOUNTS.

2 of mine loosened up slightly over time and I got some vib's. Back to 40' lbs, vibs went away..

New plugs didn't offer better results. I have no manometer to check trottle bodies
But... I put back the original front sprocket with rubber sides, and most of the vibration went away.
