Bicycle carrier

In the summer I will be doing some cycling trips in the mountains. Living in Holland, which is as flat as a pancake, that means travelling, as there are no serious mountains around for at least 400 km. Usually I put my racebike or mountainbike in the boot of my car. However once I'm in the mountains I always start thinking how nice it would be to take the FZ6 for a run on those mountain roads So one solution would be to put the FZ6 on a trailer. The other solution is to put my bicycle on my FZ6. Rather liking the later option, I'm looking for a bicycle carrier. Anyone ever done this with an FZ6? I've found pictures like these:

Seriously looking into this stuff. Or maybe somebody used a trailer to the FZ6?

I would think that the mounting of the pedal powered cycle would adversely effect the handling of the motor powered cycle. But I have no real world experience to back that up. Something to look into. I would think a trailer behind the motorcycle would be a better alternative.
