I just recently crashed on my 09 FZ 6. Other than minor damage to the plastics , the only damage appears to be a bend in the metal bracket that holds the tach and that the whole front end attached to. Nothing appears to be cracked or broken, just misaligned. Any suggestions for repair would be much appreciated. 20170326_141009.jpg20170326_141023.jpg20170326_141036.jpg20170326_141044.jpg20170326_141050.jpg20170326_141101.jpg20170326_141111.jpg20170326_141200.jpg20170326_141205.jpg20170326_141219.jpg

On the cheap there is the "Man Handle it" option or the "BFH".... a gentle touch may be purchased fairing stay and swap that one out...

I've replaced mine several times.

It's just about IMPOSSIBLE to straighten perfectly. Bend something, then plastic doesn't fit and something else is stressed and breaks.

Bite the bullet and purchase another or new one.

It's not terribly hard to swap. The tangs for where the head light assembly bolts to it are likely broke. JP weld can usually fix those (phillips head screws-4)

I've had a crash and same questions are in my mind. If you don't like gaps between fairings, you have to change it. Minor bents can be aligned, but your bike's bracket is way too bent.
