hey quick question...doesnt the FZ6 have a few more ponies than the TDM.....i know that the fizzer has more ponies than a TRX.

Bloody nice bike, the TDM....highly under-rated in Oz.

Yes, Fizzer more ponies, but the TDM's ponies are actually Clydesdales.
FZ brilliant around town and for scaring the crap out of bigger bikes. TDM for long days and bigger distances. I'm in FarRiders, have a look, you will understand my use of the 900.:thumbup:

oh i dont need proof as to why you ride the 900. There has to be a truckload more torque, and thus low down grunt....brilliant touring bike, handles like sportsbike i guess, but rides like a tourer, and a nice big comfy seat....have looked at the TDM in the past myself, for this very reason....

cheers mate. She's brand new, just picked it up on saturday. I'm new to the roadbike side of life, been riding dirtbikes since I was 7. Tell you what, that whole sudden jerk at 7500 rpm make a two stroke's powerband seem fairly lame :thumbup:

I think i need the older rims, the ones with the red line around the edges - I reckon that would really set the seat off...

Which one the Penguin or the Swansea. I'm assuming the Penguin one which was taken on the road to the caravan park cause it was on the day of some festival and the main st was full of cars and people, something you don't expect in Penguin.
