So I was reading through the latest issue of Motorcyclist Magazine today, and I came across something that really caught my eye. The article was about a Swedish company opening up a US branch in Oklahoma, and went on to talk about their bikes. Most of their stuff is off-road, which doesn't interest me much, but one of them (a street bike) REALLY strikes me as fun.

Found some more info about it. According to the original Motorcyclist magazine they come with Ohlins, Brembo, etc, and are to be priced similar to the Japanese 1000cc supersports. I also found this article (US Highland Viking 950 Streetfighter | OtherMakes.net) that talks about the 950, the model the 1050 is replacing. It seems to be just the engine that is changing. The 950 has a dry weight of 318 lbs!
