Anyone have Shad topcase?

I have a Givi on my other bike and have been pondering a topcase for FZ and wanted to maximize on my budget and came across the Shad, it includes all hardware. Opinions please... I have the shad 36L top case. I love it, it doesn't move around even at speed, it is lockable. The only thing I didn't love was that the mounting rack came out over my taillight (See pics). To fix this, I installed red LED strips behind the plastic lens portion on the top of the case. When it is hooked up (with a trailer wiring harness) one strip comes on, when I hit the brakes, another strip lights up. From my riding partners it fixed the problem and then some.
