5 digit plate

Well i found i am allowed to apply for my veterans license plate

It can be 5 Characters long including spaces so my first two thoughts were
_ Fz6 _ and/or depending on availability Fazer

Kinda cheesey but felt it would bring the theme through the bike,

any one got any good ideas?

maybe i could do SQUID lol i mean its 5 characters and all:Flip:
 
If Fazer is taken - there's always the number substitute versions, like

FAZ3R
F4ZER

I thought about doing this when I got my plates, but it was money I could have spent on gear instead, so the standard plate is what I have.

It's just my opinion, but personal plates that contain the make or model of the vehicle seems like a waste. Get a phrase that identifies YOU. A nickname, college/high school and year graduated, etc.

But obviously the choice is yours, that's why it's called personalizing. So if I had to choose from your listed options, I'd go with FAZER.
 
Squid would be quite amusing however that opens a can of worms.

Id say name the bike and put that as your custom plate. Something that goes with the flow of the bike but has some unique qualitites to it.
 
I would stick with a regular plate.

Why?

It's harder to remember for the cops and parking meter maids.

But if you insist, I suggest.

MY buddy has a 350Z and the plate reads KUPR S (last car was a Cooper S) and the guy down the road has a BMW Z4 and the plate reads BAD BNZ (previous car was a SLK).

Best I saw recently was 54FYTN. Can you work out what it means?














It's a Hockey Penalty "5 for fighting !!"

Five for Fighting is the stage name of American singer-songwriter John Ondrasik. He is best known for his piano-based rock, such as the Top 40 hits "Superman", "100 Years", and "The Riddle".

So your first thought of the macho hockey player might be wrong, and the driver could just be someone who loves soft piano rock. What kind of car was this plate on? A Honda Fit or a truck?
 
I have seen the band, but since I was stopped at a light I asked the guy if he was a hockey fan and when his reply was "I am!! Are you? Eh?" I worked out that he was both Canadian and a hockey fan :)

Thoughts I had for my vehicles were
MA MOTR for my truck (I have a bit of a Glasgow accent)
MA BIKE (I have a bit of a Glasgow accent)
MA TOY (Did I mention that I have a bit of a Glasgow accent)
FIT LIKE (educated in Aberdeen, if you don't speak doric you won't understand)
ABZ IAH (Aberdeen and Houston airport codes)


There is a whole thread dedicated to vanity plates over on ADVRider. Some of those guys are inventive :)
