This FZ6 is in great condition. Great all-around bike, fast, easy to handle, comfortable, 40-45 mpg. Used as commuter and weekend cruiser. Stainless steel brake lines are installed and included. Michelin Pilot Road 3 tires installed, only about 4000 miles on them. Mileage 13273.

I think I solved the wind noise enough. :thumbup: Just going to keep on riding her and wringing it out! :spank: We'll head out soon Joe...
 
Nice condition for 13,000+ miles! I have to ask how you got your exhaust header pipes so shiny? After 16,500 miles mine look reddish brown and it won't come off with normal cleaning. I'm guessing polishing is the only way but what do you use?

Someone's gonna get a really nice deal on a very clean FZ6!
 
Hi FIZZER6,

I just used 1500 grit wet sandpaper and wet sanded them. I wax on/wax off a little metal polish (Blue Magic) afterward to help keep a barrier on them. You could also use fine steel wool. The sandpaper/steel wool are really doing all the work, so no need for polish until done. I started using 1000 grit as well because it is faster :)
