Definitely don't spend $30 bucks....go to Documents / eBooks: fz6 and scroll down the page...you'll see 3 books for $2.99 - you get the owner's manual/ service manual / and an assembly manual...I bought it myself and its great.

I think probably something to do with copyright infringement. Since the manuals are sold, the sharing of them for free would probably be deemed illegal. Thats my guess, Not like they are hard to find on the net anyway.
