I don't care what genre it is but its gota make me wanna pound the slab.
My running has been a bit off lately and I want to get the zing back into it.
Help greatly appreciated.

Little Guitars - Van Halen
Eminence Front - The Who
Radioactive - Imagine Dragons
Shake Me - Taddy Porter
Hall of Fame (feat. will.i.am) - The Script
Demons - Imagine Dragons
Don't Look Back - Boston
Burnin' For You - Blue Oyster Cult
Black Betty - Spiderbait
Sucker In A 3 Piece - Van Halen

Just download a bunch of Essential Mixes from Radio 1. You get a big cross-section across multiple sub-genres of electronic music and all of it is the DJ/producers best stuff typically since they are showcasing for the show.

Depends on the running distance, I suppose. 3 miles or less, listen to whatever. 5-13 miles, I like 180bpm trance techno. Stuff like Tunnel Trance, A State of Trance, whatever. 180 - 220 bpm repetitive beat. I use these on half-marathons, etc. After an hour or two of it though, your ears start to get "tired".

I have a problem with listening to regular rock/metal because I'll get stoked, lose my cadence, haul @$$ for a while, and end up winded.

Problem solved.
