Bought a bike!!

I finally found a good deal and I pulled the trigger! It's an '07 with 7000 miles and well taken care of. I freakin love it!

Right on! You'll love her. I bought a 2005 about a week ago - really nice riding bikes. The clutch "friction point" took some getting used to, maybe thats just me. They really do put a smile on your face!

you'll get used to the clutch pretty fast then any other clutch will seem soggy
just have to make your mind up on rim tape all on or all off
enjoy, I know you will!

Thanks guys! It's a blast.
The clutch is quite different from a dirt bike clutch, but I'm getting used to it. It almost feels a bit poppier if that makes sense :p
I plan on strippen her naked soon, so I will update on the progress!

Great find! I just don't know how folks ride a bike 7000 miles in 4 years.

Ever take a look at used Harley's just for fun? Lots of 10 year old Harley's with 7,000 miles. Weekend riders who only ride when it's 72 and sunny!

The lady who owned it was in the military and she was away from home 8 months a year. It also sat on the showroom floor for a year before she bought it. The best part, I got it for 3600! Not a bad price :p

My 06 had 1616 on it 2 months later over 3400 and I was outta town bikeless for a week. The guy who had it for 3 months before me got 200 miles on it.

I didnt like the clutch on mine either so I bought me some of those Hong Kong levers on Flea-Bay and boy am I impressed with the cost, quality and change of the clutch feel it has made.

It is probably reflective rim tape catching the camera flash on the front wheel because of the angle.

To the OP,great looking bike I have a red on black and I love it.
Mind you,I had a blue on silver before this one and loved that as well ,lol
