Sold the Bike Today

Well, after three great years and 10,000 miles, I've sold my FZ6. Took a new job in the Chicago area and just didn't feel like screwing around with a bike at an apartment or the crazy Illinois drivers. The FZ6 was an awesome first bike and I loved every minute of riding it. Furthermore I just haven't had the time to ride it so I'm glad it will finally be getting some good use once again. I recently bought a Miata to avoid driving my truck in the summer so I can at least still get some fun, open-air recreation. It's a fun as heck car, though nothing comes close to two wheels (and to you Miata layman out there, don't knock it till you've tried it!)

On the plus side, I should be able to offer a forum member a good deal on my Top Saddlery seat as the buyer didn't want to pay extra for it

I don't plan on being bikeless forever though It's a temporary thing. I'll be looking for a replacement as soon as it make sense.

Spoken like a true lifetime rider..... you'll never stop looking, and eventually it will all fall in place again.
