Service question?

Hello guys, I am about to hit 10k miles on my 07 FZ6. I Need to do the service but don't have the owners manual. I would like to know what needs to be done? aside from an oil change if someone can take a scan of the service page that would be great thanks

Just off the top of my head:

Spark Plugs: 8000 miles
Steering Head Bearings check: 12,000 miles
Valve Adjusment: 26,000 miles

My bike: It's the guine pig, see how long it can go without maintenance.

Plugs changed at 20,000, currently over 33,000 miles on Iridium plugs.

Steering Head Bearing: Replaced with All Balls I forgot when, maybe at 20k.

Valve Adjustment: never done, currently over 53,000 miles.

Still on my stock brake oil but that will change shortly. This should be changed every year I think, but their 4 years old on my bike.

Doesn't Yamaha still have the owner's manual on line? If not the 2007, newer years should be the same.
