Tighten Mirrors

Is there any way to tighten the mirrors on the fz6? Every time I hit a bump now, they both re-direct to the ground!

I don't know if it is the one that will help you but there should be a bolt/screw you can tighten under the rubber boot at the bottom.

Just had this problem appear in the last few days. Left mirror only. It's a real PITA. The roads tend to be rough around here so I'm constantly re-adjusting it. Looking it over I don't see any way to tighten the mirror on to the stalk. I doubt if there's any help under the boot at the fairing. The friction between mirror and stalk feels OK when I adjust it, but it's not holding.
Any more thoughts? Anyone?

Squirt some low strength threadlocker into the ball joint.
