Radiator grill

Hi all.. might seem a daft question but does anybody know how the original plastic radiator grill fits onto the bike.. i know it has a bottom bolt what bolts onto the mouint but my question is how does it fit at the top part were there are two mounts. on the gfrill itself it just looks like an agled piece of plastic with no holes in it. any help would be appreciated.. thanks

On the top of the radiator, you'll see two small tabs sticking upward.

The grill literally slides over those tabs (no bolts/screws). The grill is then secured using the lowest bolt.


So just set the grill up against the radiator, slide upward slightly, then down about 3/8 " and the top is held.
Install the lower bolt and you good to go.
