Ive just finished rebuilding the engine
Now im trying to fire it up only to find out fuel pump and injectors have no power

Red tracer blue wire has no 12 volts
I pulled the ecu and interrupter relay from my running fz6 plug it all in here still no power
I plug the ecu and relay from this bike to my running bike it has 12v to red blue tracer wire

What did i miss?
Red wire to relay shows 12 volts but turning the key on still no power to red blue tracer wire
It cranks and have spark to ignition coils
Runs when i poured gasoline direct in to the throttle bodies

The starter interrupt-cut off relay assembly has 2 relays. There is one relay for the starter interrupt and one for the fuel pump/injectors. Make sure your neutral safety switch is working as well as your side stand switch. As Gary said, check wiring.
Sounds like the the relay assembly isn't seeing the switches. The logic is if the bike is in gear,(no neutral) and the side stand is down, stop/no fuel.
The lean angle sensor will tell the ecu to open the fuel relay ground which stops the motor when the bike is on it's side. Check the lean angle sensor.

Clutch safety switch and sidetand switch is already bypassed
The owner bought used harness ecu and key from a known running bike which is currently installed on the bike .
