Kazzas Weekend Kwiz #2 (6/6/11)

Dani is very short. He lives in a Monaco penthouse apartment (45 floors). Everyday, he takes the lift (or elevator) down to the lobby to leave for work. When he comes home in the afternoon he can only travel half way up in the lift and has to walk the stairs for the rest of the journey. Unless it's raining! Why does this happen?

Dani can only reach half way, so he can reach the bottom button to go to the lobby, however, when he comes home, he can only reach level 22/23 UNLESS it's raning and he uses his umbrella to hit level 45

I spent over an hour trying to figure this one out, and even had my wife give me a hand :spank: and we STILL couldn't get it! Go figure - he's too short!
