Engine oil capacity.

Hi all.

I'm on the road on the FZ6 in Colorado. I'm due for an oil change in 400 miles and while I have the part number for the filter, I can't remember the engine's oil capacity. I don't have my manual handy. Can somebody PM me the info?

I'm sick of deleting PMs to stay under the limit so this will have to do

around 3 quarts w/ a filter change

I use the Castrol Super Bike oil and they come in liters. 3 usually does the trick.

Just checked my service manual...2.5 litres, or 2.64 US quarts.

Well you know if you spend a few pennies you too could have the capacity of 1000 PMs. Just a few mouse clicks and you are there! :Flip:
