Also I like carbon pile/resistive testing as a load test. I'm actually more confident with my cheap Harbor Freight load tester because it provides a real time load.
Here's some more info that might provide thought for diagnosis.

I believe Auto Zones battery test does include load testing(digitally).

I get my SUV battery from there.
If, after I test with the old style tool (heater induction load), it shows failed or borderline, I'll have AZ test it...

I want one that you can fry bacon with! Those inductors get pretty hot!
