New Life for Me

Well its been 41 days according to my PS3 since I Last had internet service...... Now why does this matter,you may be wandering???what is this thread about,whats Shreve mean by a New Life for him? I had my entire world meltdown slowly around me over the past 2 years,and I have came out of it stronger and wiser than i ever thought I could be...... I will start my tale of transformation with the first dominoe to fall.Christmas 2009 was the last time my 11 year old son came to stay with me.his mother secretly moved to Michigan ending my every other weekend and all Summer long visits..... my step daughter then shortly after stepped up her already unbearable anti-socail behavior to new heights having to moved to 3 different schools these problems with her and school have exsited since kindergarden and here we are in the 5th grade with expulsion now being the disipline of choice by the school board.twice weekly phsyciatric visits and barely any improvement.this eventualy broke my wife heart and she quit work and laid in the bed for the last year...... i mean literaly laid in bed all day... and then started to visit freinds late at night and stay up all night and came home after sunrise more than once..... you may be saying I would never have put up with that .... well thats fine for you.... don't judge me I loved this woman.... what did i do you might want to know. well i quit drinking first. did that in Jan 2011,then i quit smoking ciggarettes this January and have no desire for them at all... I realy started to seek out God and be the best Man i possibly can be,well my wife asked me to leave and stay at my Brothers house and find us a new home for a new begining in a new place,so I did,and I was gone for a month working and saving money and hunting houses,well i went home for a suprize visit 2 weeks ago and caught a man sneaking out of my back door on an early saturday morning..... I did not even get mad...... I was releived of my burdon is how i felt. I asked the visualy trembling frightened man if he had a car,and a good job because the mortgage is $1005.00 a month and she loves to waste money so have fun with this mess its yours now!! LOL i told her to take him home grabbed the rest of my thing's bought me a 1986 31ft Fleetwood Southwind motorhome with only 36,000 miles on it,and drove it to a secluded rv park set it up and am living happily in my tiny fancy little home!!! I'm going to save up some money and put this baby in the wind and see this country from this baby.yea life is good for me now because i chose to be a man and be true to myself and be the Best Man I can be!! :rockon: :thumbup:

I'm sorry to hear that you have been going through such rough times but I am glad that you are doing good. It is hard to quit drinking and smoking so kudos to you for that. I hope things continue to look up for you. :thumbup:

i am still young so this may come with little merit, but it seems that it has to get really bad before it can get really good, perhaps in your travels you will find a place that you will really enjoy and can settle down and "do you".

I am happy to see you get through it so well, and come out of it even better. I too found my ex fiance cheating on me 1 day and never looked back.

Thankyou guy's for the encouragement and support!! I have been getting lonely here by myself and i'm realy happy to have internet again!! I just got service today and already I feel better and not so isolated.I can tell yall this honestly i am realy enjoying just being alone and getting my self sorted out....it's not often a man gets this kind of opportunity to focus on ones self,and i'm not as good as i'm gonna be ,but i'm better than I used to be!! :BLAA: :spank: :rockon:

Good for you. I did the same sort of thing many many years ago, got divorced, moved in with my parents, then lived in a little (20 ft) travel trailer except didn't travel and then met the woman I've been married to for almost 42 years. So everything has a way of working out for the best if you just keep the faith. Sounds like your going in the right direction. Give a heads up if you ever come out to SoCal as I'm sure there are a bunch of us that would like to meet up and wine and dine ya:thumbup:

Same deal, she went out a couple times w/ her friends...came home at 3 then 5am....Hmmmm, never in 9 years had she come home that late.

The txt messages I found on her phone that 2nd morning would have made a porn star blush

LMFAO!! my brother said the R.V. looked just like the SpaceBalls Winne when he first saw it Too!! LOL Hey I am gonna come out to Cali Forn Knee ah yeuah and Meet Cliff and you Jerry and everyone else along the way i possibly can then i want to store the R.V. jump the pond to Hawaii and then Down under to meet Dan ,and Jaimie and evrybody down under,and in between!! As a product of a situation like yours, I encourage you to go to Michigan this summer and take your son along with you for a couple of months.

It's a rough way to get a new start but now the worst is behind you and you've got the right attitude to live for tomorrow. Keep it positive and keep moving forward. Don't look back. If you make it up to NH, you are certainly welcome here too!

Sorry to hear about the rough times, had some similar ones myself, glad to hear you are coming through them and getting closer to God. When you are in California, my door is always open :thumbup:
