R6 fork fender tabs

Doing the r6 fork conversion does anyone know where I can get the fender tabs for the fz6 fender I can't find anything. It's for a 2007 fz6.

I can see of I have the kit in stock; 4 brackets, fasteners, axle spacers, caliper spacers
