Feeler: Thinking of selling US Spec 2008 FZ6 in NL.

    All,

I am preparing to move back to the US this summer. Thinking of selling my US spec 2008 FZ6 here in the Netherlands before I move back to the US. Bike is clean, only 12,000 miles on it. I have not gotten to ride it as much as I wanted while living here in Netherlands. Thoughts/interest?

    Thanks

If you like the bike AND will ride it once re-located, their getting harder to find over here.

Re: Feeler: Thinking of selling US Spec 2008 FZ6 in NL.

Sorry not sure about importing, but I think the United States specs is different as they don't have to comply with the EU3 norm. so I don't know if it would get through the garage (emisions) check, or have you already officially imported it into the Netherlands?. Also all post 2007 models in the Netherlands (apart from the naked) have ABS as standard, so I don't know if this might be an issue for people looking for this kind of bike (and expecting ABS). Good luck with your bike, shame you didn't get to use it much over here, but then again you still have a few months to go

He mentioned it was US spec'ed...

I take that (and may be wrong), it'd have the same emissions, etc as a US bike..
