Hey guys im looking at buying an fz6, and I am wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what kind of ride-ability this bike has for a 6'5" person at about 280 lbs. Thanks for the info... hopefully I can start trying to find my FZ6.

You should be fine. Bump the preload on the rear shock all the way up, and have fun!

Down the road, you may want to look into heavier fork springs ($100).

You may also want to look at the diferent windshield threads. At 6'5 the stock shield will buffet you with the wind. Some rider find it tolerable some don't. Don't let it stop you from buying the bike if you like everythign else. It can overcome in many different ways and at most will set you back less than $100.

all very good news, i've been having a difficult time finding a sporty bike that is decently comfortable for tall riders. this sounds like it could be my answer.
