so far, i have only bought 3 things and put them on my bike. one is a clever little plastic piece that slips on the throttle. it pinches the throttle and has a bit of plastic that lays in your palm. you dont have to squeeze your hand on the throttle, just lay your palm. its so relaxing on the freeway. another is, I put a convex mirror on each outside top portion of the side mirrors. one reason I like it, when I lay on the tank on the freeway, i dont have to raise up to see behind me. I can just glance up and the convex lets me see behind me, although i dont trust them implicitly, they let me have a good view. I still look behind me before changing lanes.

The clever little plastic piece. Would that be a Throttle Rocker. ? works great to relax your hand a bit for cruising but your hand has to stay on the bar.

Vista Cruise makes a nice throttle lock but its not a true cruise control.

Throttlemeister is a great way to go as well, as it locks the throttle but is also a bar end weight so it looks great.
