I'd guess it says NO as the connectors are different (FZ vs R) thus its not "plug and play" however, the actual operation is the same if you "get it connected".

The critical connections like the CKP - crankshaft pickup sensor, TPS - throttle position sensor are critical connections that must endure heat, moisture, and vibration. The modules harness comes with an identical mating connector so there are no cutting of critical wires, wire taps, or crappy snap lock connections to let you down. Just unplug one and plug into the other.

Bottom line - the units program is likely the same but the connectors may not all fit so it will take longer to install. :(
