Cheap(er) exhaust?

Bottom line, I want the Akrapovic, but I can't even afford the Leo Vince
that is considerably cheaper.

Any ideas or should I just forget about it?
It needs to be street legal (EU).

Well - then my glasspacks are probably not on the table, though EU street legal is just dB level right? If that's the case you could fit a silencer into the tip and call it a day.

Nope, it needs to be engraved with the "E" and stuff, AND then the noise.

There's a lot of used bikes on the market locally with locally made exhausts
($250-300 would do for the FZ6) that can't pass the yearly inspection now
that they're paying more attention to it (last 2 years).

Even a street legal "brand name" exhaust with dB killer bought outside of EU
wouldn't do.

Did I mention that I once carved my initials into the underside of a desk in school? there's no 'E' in my name but we might be able to make that work. :BLAA:
