I would second that it's a good deal. I got mine for around the same price $5999 and mileage, 5325. The Fz1 is friggin awesome. If you got it in ya, go for it.

If it was someone looking to trade to an FZ6 I'd be loaded up already to go talk brass tacks, but as it stands I'm not motivated to try selling my '6 with snow on the ground...and the wife wouldn't be too excited about me spending money on a new bike after spending money (and time, mostly!) on this one!
