i have a few questions :
1: should i do my valve check/adjustment or ignore it ?(i'm at close to 50,000 km now) is this critical?

2: Do a custom dyno tune?
i have not noticed any improvement with K&N , pc3, leo vince ,
it guzzles gas like a 1200cc sometimes,
I tried to remove the pc3 it seemed to run better and the mufflers sounded much louder(which i prefer) will a tune fix anything?
my local power commander tuner told me that the power commanders are useless unless they get a dyno tune, and the bike might even lose power.

I'd be interested in hearing from someone in the know as I also have a PC3 fitted and have never considered that it may actually be losing me power.

Is it worth a pro tune up? Or are the Pre done maps okay?

At 50K km's yes, I would get a valve adjustment done.
As far as the PC goes, your tuner friend has it right, it needs to be set up for you bike, at your altitude, with the fuel you plan on using.
So, that means a dyno run or two (or three) re-programing the PC and run it again.
There "should be" a noticable improvment in performance, but, ya your fuel economly probably will not improve. (asuming you are tuning for performance not economy)
If you plan on tuning for economy, then leave the PC in the box and just run the stock ECU.
It is as close to perfect as you can get.
