Get past the cheesy acting and this video actually has a lot to offer in terms of cornering. A lot is explained very clear as far as common mistakes made during a turn and why it happens. I learned most of this in the ERC but seeing it on video helps. Something I noticed myself do when I was a newer riders was get off the throttle during a turn if I thought I was going too fast. The ERC showed me why I shouldn't and this video has a segment that explains this mistake very well.

Thanks for the link, I'll have to dig out my "Twist of the Wrist" that I used as my "bible" since the early '90's when I took Keith Code's California Superbike School at Laguna Seca. It made perfect sense then and a refresher course can only help me regain my skills from way back then.

I've heard of that but never read it. There is a little teaser/sales video on youtube that I did watch. Everyone says its good and well worth it.
