Any suggestions for grips that help dampen vibration for long trips? Maybe different bar ends? I have some aftermarket PROgrips that are a little spongy, but still feel some vibration over long rides. Any suggestions?

I have and really like "Grip Puppies" which are basically foam slip overs. They do increase the diameter of the bar grips some but once used to it, love em... Eliminates most if not all of any bar vibration...

+1 grip puppies, i ordered a couple of sets from the states when i had my bike, if you have small hands it might be a problem as they are slip overs, but work well.
