Riding pants

I have been looking at leather riding pants for awhile, I am tossing up either the TEKNIC Chicane pant, or the tourmaster Decker pants.

I like that the chicane pants have the knee pucks. both are $199.99

anyone wear them? what about textile pants? I read somewhere that at a 55mph get off denim jeans lasted for 5 feet before they wore threw, leathers lasted 86 feet. well that's some food for thought

I am seriously considering the teknic chicane pants as well.

I have three pairs of pants.
Nitro textile
Fieldshear textile wind and waterproof
Joe Rocket mesh textile
They are all ok. I like the Fieldshear the best.

I just bought Fieldsheer's Adventure Pant. I haven't had a chance to use them yet. I'll let you know when I get the chance to test them out. They come with a liner that Fieldsheer claims can be used as a stand alone pant. The pants are pretty heavy so I imagine I won't use them too much since summer is here (I got them now because they were on sale). I bought them for the cooler weather of the spring and fall.

this is a delayed response, how much were the pants you wear? do they have all the armor and padding? knee sliders?
