FS: 2006 FZ6N low mileage -$4700

89XX miles. I have a company car, so this bike was ridden on the weekends only. 8k mile service completed (spark plugs, coolant flush, oil/filter, mobil 1 racing 4t). Brand new tires, not even 100 miles on them. I am very ocd with this bike, chain and cables cleaned/lubed, bike washed, every other week. I have the clean title in hand, no accidents. Previous owner tipped it over, but it is barely noticeable (small scratch in rear fairing and fender). Additionally I have all the old fairings, windshield and hardware boxed and styrofoamed that are in perfect condition, if the naked look is not for you. The reason for selling is I am buying a condo and have limited parking. No low ball offers, I'm not desperate. I would prefer not to split anything up as would like to give new owner dibs. I reserve the right to sell locally as I have had a couple people asking about it. PM any questions. Thanks for looking
