My bike was parked in my driveway today and while I was at work the wind blew her over. My wife managed to pick her back up but my right mirror snapped off.
The mirror itself is fine, but it snapped the metal piece that clamps around the bolt inside the rubber holder.
Can I simply replace the metal or do I need to replace the entire mirror arm??

The mirror is sold as entire unit (about $100 on Babbits). Its held to the main stay thru thru the cowl with two 10 MM nuts.

Being you have nothing to loose, I'd pull the entire assembly and see if you can repair what ever snapped on you. Its hidden under the flexible rubber, its that much easier.

If you can post a picture of exactly what broke, it would be helpfull to help give an idea on the repair..

Good luck,

Thanks! I actually found the entire mirror on here for $30. So I think I am just going to replace the entire thing. For that price I might as well.
