I purchased a Nolan N90 modular helmet in October 2010. I've been using it since then and it developed a problem with the internal sun visor. The plastic shield retracts up into the helmet by means of a slider switch on the side of the helmet. The shield is rubbing the front edge of the helmet each time it is retracted and deployed. It ended up scratching down the center of the shield, making it annoying to look through while riding.
I called Nolan's 800 number and a friendly tech answered. I explained the problem and he consulted with one of their engineers and it turns out that this problem has popped up since the helmet was introduced. They have re-engineered the shield with a different curvature to fix the problem.
They are shipping the new shield to me ASAP and apologized for the problem.
It's nice to see that there are still companies that give damn about their customer service! :thumbup: I like that.
