i use this site as my main parts & accessories store since this kind of stuff in Greece costs ridiculously higher. i've made 4 orders for me and 4 for my friends.
1) in every email i sent i got an answer realy fast
2) in a situation that some parts lost in shipping i just sent an email and they took care of it
3) in a situation where a product was out of stock and needed weeks to arrive they refunded upon request the very same hour
the only thing its missing is that they cant send aerosols and batteries out of uk
