I use Bongo International Mail Forwarding of American Products for International Delivery for purchasing items from the USA that only ship to the US, or that require a valid US address. You are provided a US mailing address, and when the item is shipped to it, these guys forward it onto you in your home country. You can choose a pay per use plan, or a monthly subscription which offers steeply discounted shipping. I have used this company 4 times now (the fourth time being right now for the Leo Vince sale) and have had no issues.
On one of my shipments I got 'dinged' with an importation fee (good 'ole Canada Customs), but if you keep this in mind prior to buying with this method you can still save big money.
