Over the past two weeks I have been negotiating with the TCP SA webshop in Spain via email to purchase some goodies for my FZ6. I made an online enquire explaining my situation in Africa and the very next day the webshop came back to me with a solution.
Due to the amount of import duties (20%) and taxes (14%) added to items entering South Africa, the webshop offered me a discounted price.
I had a lot of problems trying to transfer the money into their account and they stood by me all the way. I eventually managed to make the purchase and the items are on their way.
TCP SA deserves recognition for their outstanding customer service and the polite manner in which they dealt with me.
