Revzilla

I pre-ordered a new helmet model from Nolan through Revzilla. They called me when they had it in stock to let me know they would be shipping it. UPS screwed up the tracking and "Joe" at Revzilla made sure that I got the product by staying in touch and tracing the package for me.. He would have expedited a new helmet if the original got lost, but thankfully it did not.

I will do business with them again. This is how customer service should be!

I ordered a bunch of gear from Revzilla, and had a great experience.

My initial order consisted of:

Alpinestars SMK Leather Jacket - RevZilla in red
Alpinestars ST-5 Drystar Pants - RevZilla
Alpinestars S-MX 2 Waterproof Boots - RevZilla in size 48
HJC HJ-09 Face Shields - RevZilla in dark smoke

Upon receiving the order and trying everything on, I discovered the boots were too big (I wear size 13 shoes), and the pants did not work out as over-pants at all, even though I ordered one size up. The exchange was simple and easy, and I made use of their advance shipping return option. The replacements products were in my hand very quickly.

I went for a size 47 of the boots instead of the 48, and for the pants I ordered:

Olympia Ranger 2 Over Pants - RevZilla

which worked out for me great this time.

I also ordered

Cortech Sport Tail Bag - RevZilla

from them, and received it the next day. They are very fast to process orders, and how close they are to me but still no tax is a great advantage compared to other vendors like New Enough.
