Unintentional trip to Blackwater Falls, WV

I bought a $325 piece of plastic also known as a belly pan for the bike from the dealership in Elkins and went to pick it up this morning. We left the house at 9am and ended up riding all the way to Blackwater Falls, we spend the big part of 9am to 8:30pm on the bike riding in the mountains and it was great.

Here are a few pics with my cell phone from today. Mods so far on the bike: yamaha gel seat, 15t front sprocket, puig racing screen, belly pan, grip puppies, throttle rocker 2, blacked out radiator panels, removed decals, exhaust mod, fender eliminator, led signal lights.

Went to D&E and took a few quick photos of the bike (8 miles)

Went to Dukes Steakhouse and ate way too much as usual then drove to Blackwater Falls, took a few pics on the way up of the windmills then the falls. (39.87 miles)






Left Blackwater Falls, got into a little bit of rain then it cleared up. Rode through Huttonsville, Valley Head and Point Mountain then Webster Springs to Nicholas county (141.05 miles)

There was hardly a straight piece of road the entire trip and there was almost no traffic so we had a blast running the bike through the curves.

Did you get wet?

I went and rode Gauley Mountain and ended up sitting the bar at Chimney Corner for 3 hours.
