Approx 2.5 weeks ago, I sent them 2 e-mails, approx a week apart inquiring into a certain Helmet Gardian lock assembly that would work with the key for an FJR and FZ6 (re-keyed the same as the ignition).

To this date I've been ignored...

As for their great service, at this point I would have to differ...

Inquiring into a certain Helmet Gardian lock assembly that would work with the key for an FJR and FZ6 (re-keyed the same as the ignition). The HG comes with one (of 2 possible style keys). One style would fit the FJR/FZ the other wouldn't. I was trying to make arrangements so an FJR or FZ owner could order the lock assembly that fit their ignition key. I already refer my customers to their site. The locks for my bracket don't use the tag bracket, (the locks attach to the sides of the bike, away from the exhaust-not hanging off a plastic fender) see the attached thread:
