1 year ago, on this day, we lost a very good friend...
Lonnie was a 23 year old firefighter and a very active memeber in the community. He loved motorcycles and could spend every single day of his life riding. Unfortunately, last year after his shift ended He was riding home and was struck by a drunk driver who passed a red light. Lonnie was not wearing a helmet and was killed upon impact.
Maybe it could've been prevented if He were wearing a helmet. Maybe not. The only thing I know is that we miss him very much.
Lonnie, we love you very much buddy. I hope that somewhere in heaven you have long, twisty roads with no speed limits that will bring you many smiles aboard that brand new R1 you always wanted. God Bless you.
