Handle Bar problems

Hey guys

I have a few questions on handlebars. when i bought mine i had no idea about them haha. Ok so the first problem i ran into was i had to cut the little nipples off the throttle stay thing where they fit into the stock bars. Has everyone else had to do this? So when i screwed them together they would fit snug on the bars. And second, theres no threading or anything on the bar ends. How would i go upon threading this, or i have a set of mirrors that go in but wont fit. Should i just reem the hole a little wider?

If there's a plate welded in the end of the bar, I'd get the correct drill and tap and just tap new threads for the mirror. Bring your mirrors if you need to buy a tap/drill bit to get the correct threads.

As for the throttle stay, you can do what you did, or drill a new hole in the new bars however your measurements need to be on the money...
