Attached is my own design for a Fender Eliminator (Tail Tidy in the UK).
I felt the OEM ones all looked too flimsy, especially where the indicators attached, so I designed and built my own.
Part 1 is the Bracket to attach to the bike, Part 2 lines up under it and fits the indicators and plate light.
1. Mark up some 2mm aluminium sheet using the design drawing.
2. Cut out, and file to exact size (leave holes till the end for a better fit).
3. Bend as indicated on the design drawing.
4. Drill Indicator holes through 'both' pieces of metal.
5. Prime and paint as required.
6. Attach new reflector to the End.
7. Fit "Bolt Style" LED Number Plate Lights, above Plate (not shown).
8. Attach to FZ6 (the design drawing uses the replacement Scorpion Fitting, which is why I've suggested drilling holes to now).
9. Wire in all electrics.
10. Stand back, have a Pint and admire your handy work.
